At Clifton, old world charm reluctantly accommodates the onslaught of modernity.  Despite flawless cellphone coverage, a TV in every room and wi-fi access, our attempt is to keep these modern day intruders to the bare minimum. We would much rather you enjoy a lazy afternoon in our garden, go on one of the many wooded walks that we’re fortunate to have convenient access to, or just curl up with a copy of a Jim Corbett or a Ruskin Bond novel from our library.
